- About Us | IKC
ABOUT IKC What's our Mission? Immunize Kentucky Coalition is a program associated with Kentucky Rural Health Association (KRHA). . Here at IKC Official , we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and we are looking to begin that in 2023. Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. We want to address vaccine preventable illness across Kentucky by creating a network of partners promoting health equity. OUR VISION Making Kentucky Safer and Healthier Commitment, transparency, innovation. These three values have stood at the center of the IKC's mission since our founding in 2022. We wholeheartedly commit to the work we do with passion and dedication, transparently sharing it with our Kentucky community and inviting others to take part. On top of this, we challenge ourselves to think creatively, applying an innovative approach to all that we do. We want to work to increase immunization rates and prevent disease by fostering a partnership of Kentucky parents, patients, businesses, healthcare organizations, and others by promoting health equity that support the delivery of safe and effective immunizations through stronger community buy-in and public health education. This mission drives the continued success of IKC.
